We could not have been happier with how Babes in Bikeland turned out this year! A big thanks to everyone involved who helped make this the best Babes yet. We could not have made it happen without the tremendous support of our volunteers and incredibly generous sponsors.
Congratulations to Jana for coming in first place this year! She biked away with a custom bike from Peacock Groove (valued at over $2k!!) and a custom messenger bag from Minneapolis' own Trash Bags! Not an easy feat, since 162 girls registered to race this year!
Head on over to the results page to see how you did.

Grease Rag Ride is a blog, and short ride and open shop event for
women to learn about and work on bicycles in a fun and supportive
environment. The event, and the blog are free and open to women of
all experience levels. For our calendar of events or for more

Cirque du SoGay Queer Alleycat

Queer Bike Gang's Alleycat race will feature beginner and advanced routes. We want all you bike homos/lezzies/transzies/et.al. to come out and ride for coming out weekend. We got some hott prizes already and are expecting more. We're gonna figure out some kind of registration system (hopefully) and are working on lining up space for the afterparty, which will hopefully keep the registration fee $5 or less. It's gonna be a hott mess. check myspace.com/queerbikegang and/or stalk queer bike gang on facebook for more as this story develops.
